●床合板の上から柱脚と横架材を接合するときに使用します。

1. 専用ビスTBA-120Dで横架材にとめ付けることにより、床合板を切り欠くことなく、床合板の上から取り付けが可能です。(床合板の厚みは、30mmまで対応可)

2. 羽子板ボルトやホールダウン金物10kN用の取り付けが必要な柱頭・柱脚の接合に使用できます。

3. 土台や横架材を施工後に羽子板ボルトや引き寄せ金物10kN用が必要になった場合でも、土台への孔あけ加工が不要なため、あとから取り付けができます。

4. 引き寄せ金物に必要であった柱へのボルト孔や座掘り、座金付ボルト用の孔も不要のため、材木の欠損による構造躯体の弱体化を防ぎます。

5. 耐食性に優れる「スーパーダイマ®」を使用しております。

6. 財・日本住宅・木材技術センターによる性能認定品です。

● Used for joining column legs and cross members on top of the floor plywood.

It can be installed from above the floor plywood without cutting out the floor plywood by fastening it to the cross member with dedicated screws TBA-120D. (Compatible with floor plywood thickness up to 30mm)

Can be used for joining column heads or column legs requiring ledger bolts or hold down fittings 10kN.

Even if ledger bolts or pull-down fittings 10kN are required after the installation of the foundation and cross members, no hole drilling is required in the foundation, allowing for later installation.

Since there is no need for bolt holes or counterbores for hold-down fittings on the column, or holes for bolts with washers, it prevents structural weakening of the frame due to missing timber.

Uses corrosion-resistant "Super DaimaR".
